Significant increase of chip and seal road projects completed since taking office, in addition to numerous infrastructure, bridge, drainage, and roadway repair projects across the district in spite of financial limitations.

Modernization and enhancement of the District 3 Facility through major operational and security upgrades, including installation of electronic entry gates, security camera systems, automatic overhead shop doors, electrical upgrades, parking lot improvements, and updated office infrastructure.  

Strengthened county operations through strategic fleet and equipment upgrades, including acquisition of new work trucks, heavy equipment to include: tractors, mowers, winter operations equipment, fuel systems, trailers, and specialized roadway maintenance equipment to improve efficiency and response capabilities.  

Maintained fiscal responsibility while advancing county operations through equipment investments, grants, partnerships with neighboring towns, policy improvements, implementation of cost-of-living raises, establishment of a structure pay scale system, and continued efforts to strengthen long-term operational sustainability.  

Implemented progressive accountability and communication systems through GPS asset tracking, fuel tracking, constituent call logs, updated daily workflow tracing, SeeClickFix integration, website improvements, and increased public communication through social media updates and constituent follow-up efforts.
